Order Confirmation:

Shortly after you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we process the products in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is made to order or not in stock, we will have production begin right away. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 72 hours) or being made to order, we will process the charges to your credit card.  If a not made to order item is unavailable, we will reach out to you via the email address provided at checkout.

Order Shipment:

For in stock orders, once we process the charges to your credit card, your item(s) will ship within 72 hours from the time of your order.  We will send tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided at checkout.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within 3 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at: order@lovelightsletters.com

Domestic Shipping:

Lights & Letters standard shipping uses FedEx, UPS, and Aramex - we try to provide the lowest rate. 
Most in-stock items leave the warehouse within 72 hours.
We ship from our warehouse in Al Quoz, Dubai. If its easier for you to pick it up, just let us know.
Delivery date may vary based on shipping method selected and distance from our warehouses.

Cancellations & Refunds:

If you would like to cancel your order after it has already been shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for shipping charges and return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
